Eligibility — Who Can Apply for Case 33-RD/2026?
Qualification (as per Service Rules)
Candidates must have one of the following with valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC):
- i) B.Sc. Nursing Generic (Four Years) and valid registration from PNC; OR
- ii) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery and valid registration from PNC.
Note: Preference shall be given to graduates of Government Institutions.

Important Note — PNC Registration (Provisional Eligibility)
i) Candidates who had applied to PNC for registration of their Diplomas or B.Sc. Nursing Generic on or before the closing date (05 Oct 2026) but whose:
- a) Registration Cards were issued after the closing date; OR
- b) Registration Cards have not been issued so far —
shall be provisionally held eligible, subject to producing documentary evidence properly stamped & signed by the Competent Authority of PNC that they applied on or before the closing date.
ii) Candidates who applied for renewal of an expired PNC registration card after the closing date shall also be held eligible (with proof).

Important Instructions for All Candidates (Advt. 10/2026)
- Employees of Federal Government / Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organization.
- If your qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, you must submit an equivalence certificate from H.E.C or Q.E.D.C at the time of interview or whenever asked — otherwise candidature will be cancelled.
- Private firm experience must be proven with proof that the firm was registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any Regulatory Authority during the period of claimed experience.
- In-service candidates must have obtained / applied for NOC/DPC from their department and will provide it at the time of interview.
- No information shared by anyone other than on the PPSC’s website is authentic — do not trust any other source.
- Shorthand and Typing & Proficiency Tests, if required, will only be held at Lahore.
- If the number of posts varies (increase/decrease) by the department, no fresh applications will be invited.
